Fill out the form completely. It will ask for your details, proof of purchase, and will outline the return shipping options.
Step 3: Wait for Our Confirmation (IMPORTANT)
After you submit the form, our support team will review your claim. We will contact you via email within 1-2 business days with a confirmation and specific instructions.
Please do not ship your item back to us until you have received this official confirmation.
Step 4: Ship Your Product
Once you have received our confirmation email, you can proceed with packing and shipping the item according to the detailed instructions provided by our team.
