To give you a clear idea of when to expect your order, our total delivery time is a combination of fulfillment and shipping time.

First, we process and pack all orders within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). Once your order is dispatched, the courier's estimated shipping time begins:

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
  • Greater Luzon: 3-5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5-10 business days

This means you can typically expect your order in Metro Manila within 2-5 business days from the time you place it.

What is the warranty period for HAVIT products?

All Havit products purchased from our official Philippine website and authorized retailers come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty that begins on the date of your purchase.

Please note: This warranty applies to the main product purchased and does not extend to any complimentary items or freebies that may be included as part of a promotion.

What does the warranty cover?

Inclusions: Our warranty covers any factory defects related to materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills)
  • Water damage beyond the product's IPX rating
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs
How do I file a warranty claim?

Step 1: Prepare Your Details
Before you begin, please have the following ready:

  • Your Proof of Purchase (e.g., your Order Number or a photo of the Official Receipt).
  • A clear photo or short video showing the issue with your product.

Step 2: Complete the Online Warranty Form
You can access our official warranty claim form in two convenient ways:

Fill out the form completely. It will ask for your details, proof of purchase, and will outline the return shipping options.

Step 3: Wait for Our Confirmation (IMPORTANT)
After you submit the form, our support team will review your claim. We will contact you via email within 1-2 business days with a confirmation and specific instructions.

Please do not ship your item back to us until you have received this official confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Product
Once you have received our confirmation email, you can proceed with packing and shipping the item according to the detailed instructions provided by our team.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost once we have verified the error.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit. Please take the following steps right away:

Who covers the shipping cost for returning an incorrect or damaged item?

For approved returns of incorrect or damaged items, we have a shared shipping cost policy:

  • Shipping to Us: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee to send the item back to our facility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Shipping to You: Once we receive and verify the item, HAVIT will cover the full cost of shipping the correct or replacement product back to you.

This shared approach helps us process your replacement as efficiently as possible.
