We stand behind the quality of our HAVIT products. If you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, we offer a straightforward warranty process to make things right.

Warranty Coverage

HAVIT PH offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products purchased from our official stores and authorized sellers.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal malfunctions (not caused by customer misuse)
  • Product not functioning as intended within normal use
  • Missing internal components (verified during return testing)

What’s Not Covered

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, breakage from impact)
  • Water or liquid damage (unless waterproof and properly used)
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. cables, ear tips, battery degradation)
  • Loss or theft
  • Improper use or third-party accessories

Replacement Policy

  1. If a product is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
  2. The warranty continues from the original purchase date. Replacements include a 30-day functional guarantee starting from delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Submit a Claim

Please prepare the following:

  • Order number / proof of purchase
  • Photos/videos showing the issue

Once ready, kindly fill out our warranty claim form so our team can review your case quickly and efficiently.

In the form, you’ll be asked to:

  • Choose your preferred shipping method for the return/replacement

Once submitted, our support team will review your claim and reach out to you to confirm the next steps and coordinate the shipping process within 24-48 hours.

2. Troubleshooting First

Our customer support team will assist with basic troubleshooting steps. If unresolved, we’ll proceed with the return process.

3. Return & Testing

  • Customer shoulders shipping back to HAVIT PH (unless waived)
  • Testing done within 1–2 business days upon receipt

4. Result

  • Defective: item will be repaired or replaced
  • Not defective or user-caused: item returned or discounted replacement offered

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

  • Customer pays for sending the product to us
  • HAVIT PH covers the shipping cost of approved replacements
  • Metro Manila same-day delivery available for direct orders (by arrangement)

Preventing Warranty Abuse

  • We track warranty claims and serials
  • Fraudulent claims (inconsistent info, tampered items) will be rejected
  • Repeat replacements on the same order may be limited
  • Final Decision: Escalated cases are subject to final review by HAVIT Philippines management
