Shipping Service & Delivery Area
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines via our trusted courier partners. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery is limited or may take additional time.
We are continuously working to expand our logistics coverage.
Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped out the same day whenever possible.
Shipping Time
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier access
For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please refer to the product page for specific shipping lead times.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Need to update your order? Contact us immediately through our support channels. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it is shipped.
⚠️ Once an item is in transit, we are unable to change or cancel the order. In this case, please coordinate with us for a return/refund process after receipt.
